Children and the old, the destitute and those managing long haul sickness will lose their lives to hypothermia, pneumonia and starvation. Many won’t make due to see the summer. Indeed, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to others; and giving like kindred; and forbids indecency, and manifest evil, and wrongful transgression.
